Cleanliness of residents’  living environment is a core value of the Cass County Medical Care Facility. The cleanliness of our facility is superior to none.

Environmental Services

We pride ourselves in maintaining an environment that is odor-free and home-like. Our Housekeepers have good relationships with our residents and their families.  They are often looked upon like family to our residents.

Our staffing levels remain the same, 7 days a week. We don’t take shortcuts.

  • We have dedicated Housekeepers and Laundry Aides on duty every day.
  • Custodians are on duty daily.
  • Floors are cleaned and buffed 7 days a week.
  • Resident clothing is marked with a printed label and laundered daily by our Laundry staff.
