Medical Staff
As a not-for-profit, the Cass County Medical Care Facility views our mission differently than a private or for-profit nursing home. Our “profits” are invested in our residents’ care…day by day, week by week, month by month. As a result, our staffing levels of nurses, aides and support staff are higher than most nursing homes in the country, which allows us to provide more personalized care with each of our residents.
Our Staff
Our staff are true professionals who love what they do and care about the residents who live here. Residents become family to our staff. We offer a rare combination of excellent professionalism and endless compassion and caring. For the convenience of our residents, their families, and referral sources, we admit residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The admission process is a team effort focused on the resident.
Nursing Staff
Our nurses are the best. We are able to provide post-hospital care with compassion and respect. Our residents do not live in our work place; we work in their homes.
